Shipping

$5 flat rate shipping on all US orders via best method ground from our location in Philadelphia, PA. Standard shipping arrives in 5-7 business days.
For international or expedited shipping options, please contact us at hello@shoptrovu.com for available options.

Custom Orders

Please note that all custom orders require 4-6 weeks of product from confirmation of final design.

Returns & Exchanges

TROVU will accept returns or exchanges within two weeks of the purchase date on non-custom orders. The item must be in the same condition as it was received. For returns we will credit you the full amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping). For exchanges, please note the new item that you would like and we will send it out (plus the cost of shipping).

Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
